Homelessness Drive
Not everyone has a home to go back to and food to eat. In the harsh colder months, this can be detrimental. We run an annual Homelessness Donation Drive and Compassion walk through Cardiff where we collect donations of essential items (clothes, food, water, hygiene products etc) and distribute them to the homeless in Cardiff during the rough winter months. We encourage people to come along with us to distribute them to lend a hand and support those who don't have a home to go back to after dark. Christmas Toy Drive
Not all families can give their children the magical Christmas they deserve. We run an annual Christmas Toy Drive where we take donations of new and old toys and distribute them to underprivileged children in the South Wales area who don't receive gifts at Christmas. We take old and new toy donations and monetary donations that are used to buy the toys we need. Contact us via our 'Contact' page to learn how to get involved this year!

Well-being Wednesday Yoga Awareness - @brightenuk
Our founder, Eleri, is a qualified Yoga and Meditation instructor with a Level 3 Diploma. She posts weekly Yoga tutorials to promote mindfulness and mental and physical health. Yoga is a mellow form of exercise that benefits both mental and physical health. Physically, it improves flexibility, strength, and posture, while also boosting cardiovascular and respiratory health. Mentally, yoga promotes mindfulness and relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety by encouraging deep breathing and focused movement. The combination of physical movement and mental clarity helps create a sense of balance, enhancing overall well-being and contributing to a more peaceful state of mind.
